The 1931 translation of Kundakunda's Niyamasara by Uggar Sain, published as Volume IX of 'The Sacred Books of the Jainas', is the first complete English translation of this work. No earlier English translations have been identified in scholarly catalogs or bibliographies of Jain literature; subsequent translations, such as those by Jagdish Prasad Jain (2005), post-date this edition by several decades.
