The 'Haiguo Tuzhi' (Illustrated Treatise on the Maritime Kingdoms) is a massive 100-chapter work of 19th-century Chinese geography and statecraft. While scholarly searches in Google Books and local catalogs identify significant partial translations and analytical studies—most notably Jane Kate Leonard's 'Wei Yuan and China's Rediscovery of the Maritime World' (1984)—no record of a complete, full-text English translation of the entire work was found. Existing English versions are limited to excerpts in historical sourcebooks and thematic selections in academic monographs.
